Thank you for choosing our online store. In order to avoid possible misunderstandings, please carefully familiarize yourself with the warranty conditions and the rules for receiving services.

Products placed in our online store are covered by the supplier's official warranty, which is valid for a period of 3 to 8 months.

Warranty conditions:

Warranty service refers to the repair of the item during the applicable warranty period. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the item. Warranty service is performed at the company's service center. To determine the address and contact information of the warranty center, contact our operator. Warranty applies to damage caused by technical fault.

To receive warranty service, please submit the warranty card, together with the proof of payment and the manufacturer's warranty card (if any) to the service center. The warranty item/product must be presented by the user with complete packaging, completeness and without mechanical damage.

The warranty card must include: item name, serial or email code, buyer's name, date of purchase, name of responsible employee and signature. Otherwise, warranty service will not be provided. To get information related to receiving warranty service, the client should contact our operator in advance.

Warranty service does not include replacing the product with a new one!

Warranty service will not be provided if:

- The warranty period of the product has expired.

- The warranty card is not presented and/or the manufacturer's warranty card, if any, is not presented.

- The data in the warranty card has been deleted or modified.

- In the warranty card and on the product, the product number and stamp are not visible or visible.

- The purchased product has a visual or mechanical damage/defect, is damaged or loose.

- The product was used for purposes other than its intended purpose.

- The rules of storage and use attached to the device by the manufacturer have been violated.

- If the damage is physically caused, eg broken, cracked, scratched, crushed, burnt, melted and/or liquid damaged.


In accordance with the warranty conditions, the service center is obliged to repair the damaged product within 45 working days from the moment of receiving it.


Replacement of the item is allowed only in the following cases:

Upon receiving the item, the customer must check its visual condition in the presence of the courier.

In case of any type of problem or visual defect, the user should contact our operator to explain the problem in detail.

If the purchased item is found to have a manufacturing defect within 5 (five) calendar days of sale, the buyer must contact our operator for additional instructions. The item will be replaced in accordance with the rules established by the supplying company.

The item is replaced with an item of the same or greater value, with the user covering the difference with his own funds.
When returning the item, the buyer must include all its accessories and the proof of purchase.
